Domestic USA Shipping
Most shipments will arrive on your doorstep within 4-7 business days.
It might take up to 3 weeks during peak season or poor weather condition depending on the location/route of the carrier to you location.
Delivery speed still depends on the location.
We ship to residential addresses, commercial addresses, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International/DHL Global Mail/UPS Mail Innovations (all standard shipping), Monday through Friday within 1-2 business days of purchase date.
Shipping time and delivery speed vary depending on location. Most packages arrive within 4-8 weeks. Once the package reached the destination country, the package would be handled usually by the country's local carrier or postal service.
No shipments will be sent on weekends.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import taxes/duties when arriving in your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order (if any). Customs policies can also affect the speed of the package's delivery.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will begin to process your order and prepare it for shipment within 1-2 business days. After we ship out your order you will receive an additional email with tracking information to track your package.
We strongly advise to include a valid email address when placing an order to receive updates.
Please note: International orders can track up to the arrival to the destination country. The package is then handled mostly by the local carrier or postal service. Tracking from the destination country to the customer is updated by the local carrier or postal service.
Additions, changes, and cancellations to your order can be made any time prior to shipment. If you need to make a change, add or cancel your order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible.
If the item has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order or make any changes until you receive the item. In that case, you will have to file a return to get a refund or change your order.
You may also refuse delivery so the item(s) will automatically return to us. Once we have the item(s) back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund.
